Our Jr Naturalist Summer Science Camps are week-long summer day camp programs that get kids out in nature exploring, collecting, hiking, canoeing, playing, learning.
We have daily themes related to wetlands, wildlife, ecosystems and processes. Learn in a fun and supportive environment!
2024 Jr Naturalist Program Schedule
We will be running the Jr Naturalist Program in the summer of 2024!
If you have a child that is interested in attending a camp, please follow the steps below to register your child(ren). Thank you!
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
To register your child(ren), please follow the following steps:
- Email (preferred) or call us at 250-402-8661 to reserve a spot(s) in the session(s) of your choice
- Once we confirm with you that there is a spot for your child, we will email you the detailed participation, waiver and release agreement as well as payment options
Frolicking Frogs
Ages 4 & 5 (preschool age)
July 29-August 2 (FULL, Waitlist Started)
Sessions: Monday-Friday
Time: 9 am – 12 pm
Cost: $85 per week
Curious Caterpillars
Ages 6 & 7 (completed Kindergarten or Grade 1)
July 8-12 (FULL, Waitlist Started) and August 12-16 (FULL, Waitlist Started)
Sessions: Monday-Friday
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Cost: $120 per week
Boisterous Beavers
Ages 8 & 9 (completed Grade 2 or 3)
July 15-19 (FULL, Waitlist Started) and August 19-23 (FULL, Waitlist Started)
Sessions: Monday-Friday
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Cost: $120 per week
Eager Eagles
Ages 10 & 11 (completed Grade 4 or 5) (Ages 12 & 13 welcome too)
July 22-26 (FULL, Waitlist Started) and August 26-30 (9 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
Sessions: Monday-Friday
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Cost: $120 per week
Wandering Wolves
Ages 12 & 13 (completed Grade 6 or 7
August 5-9 (8 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
Sessions: Monday-Friday
Time: 9 am – 3 pm
Cost: $120 per week
Teen Stewardship Program
If you are a teen, age 14 and up , and are interested in stewardship related activities, please contact us. We will add events throughout the summer based on interest!
